Shipping Information

*Your products will be delivered to cargo within 1-7 business days. Natural disaster, war, fire, terror, etc. Delivery time may vary in extreme cases.

*The order package should be opened and checked next to the cargo officer. If the product is damaged or incomplete, the courier must have the Damaged Product Detection Report prepared, the package should not be received, and our company should be notified via e-mail. No notification of damaged or missing products will be received without a record. Defective products must be notified before it is sent to us. Cargoes sent without the knowledge of our company will not be accepted.

*Diorsk is not liable in cases where the product cannot be delivered because you are not at your delivery address within the specified period.

*Our company is not responsible for customs taxes etc. by countries. 

We have warehouses in some parts of the world. These are as follows:

*United Kingdom- London

*France-Annecy

*Germany-Ratingen

*Poland-Racibórz

From whichever country an order is ordered, it is shipped from that country's warehouse.If there is no product in that warehouse, shipping will be made from our main warehouse in Istanbul.

*Delivery from our main warehouse will be made by air cargo and belongs to the Seller.
